EGYPT, Alexandria. Marcus Aurelius. AD 161-180. Æ Drachm (31mm, 22.40 g, 12h). Dated RY 7 (AD 166/7). Laureate head right / Marcus and Lucius in facing quadriga; emperor on the left holding [Nike], that on the right holding scepter; [L]–Z in field. Köln 2057 (same dies?); Dattari (Savio) –; K&G 27.312; Emmet 2127 (R5). Fine, green-brown patina. Very rare.
